Policy v1 counts successful outgoing activity on Robinhood Chain. Active UTC days, distinct contracts, and unique recipient-day pairs are measured over the last 180 days. A recipient-day means one recipient counted once per UTC day; repeated transactions to it that day add no transaction points. Activity age starts with your first successful non-self transaction.
Points: active days ÷ 30 × 40; contracts ÷ 10 × 25; recipient-days ÷ 100 × 20; activity age in days ÷ 180 × 15. Each component is capped and rounded down. Self-transactions and failed transactions are excluded. Wallet balance is not used.
The scoring service attests a confirmed block snapshot before mint. It is a trusted activity service, not a proof of identity. Incomplete data, unsupported smart-account history, or service limits pause minting. Tier names describe score levels; tier supplies and rarity percentages are not capped.
